   EDIT: Its a meshe conflict between Hold and Illustrious whiterun parallax
   
   Illustrious Whiterun parralax/meshe/architecture/whiterun/wrcitywalls/wrwallstr01 was the meshe responsabile of all this nutshell.
   
   If anyone wonder.

   then try deactivate mods that change windhelm and/or water/waterfalls (or whatever this white object normally should be and the mod, that changes it)?

      Yep its an esp issue, without mod loading no bullshit.
      
      I'm gonna start a long hunt with my 600 esp/esl.
