Do you know of a good resource to learn how to configure the ENB settings to achieve this? I do not know if I am looking in the wrong places but all I find is super technical documentation and I do not know the first thing about ENBs, I simply applied the Rudy ENB preset for Vivid weathers and hoped for the best... wetness is not visible like in the screenshot.
Hi! in the enbseries.ini file u have to "true" the option for wetsurfaces and rainwetsurfaces, once u do that scroll down and look for "rainewetsurfaces" and "wetsurfaces" u have to set it at ur taste ( more reflective, less shiny) also rise up fresnel from 1.5 to 2.0. i know it's a lot but once u take a look at the txt u'll get it. this data was handed by rudy himself

I found this mod a mode called Soaking Wet - Character Wetness Effect-Euph's ini presets, which is a ini setting change for a the mod Soaking Wet - Character Wetness Effect. This 2 combined achieve a nice effect on NPC and Player but leave the environment untouched. Those modders recommend using ENB rain-wet surfaces, and the closes I got to understanding what that is this thread page, @GGUNIT, and this post in the ENV website.
