We are blessed in Skyrim SE Nexus to have so many wonderful texture mods to choose from. It's like near endless possible combinations of mods which keeps the game fresh.
But honestly much of the credit for the way my game looks goes to LoneyKitsune and his wonderful Silent Horizons for Cathedral weathers and of course Cathedral Weathers.
Hope all goes well with the job search. I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Your presets are great; used Lief as a starting point for my new male character, Craig.
I gave him a new hairstyle, one of the Apachii styles and changed the color obviously.
His chin was clipping on the beard mod that I am using so I sculpted his jaw/chin some.
I wanted him to have a more distinguished nose so I sculpted/straightened his nose some also.
I gave him Eyes of Beauty Hazel eyes also.
I'm using the Tempered Skin for Males SOS Light body and I think he turned out pretty well. :)

You did a great job on Lief. I love how you made him your own, which is the point...to give a starting point. I'm surprised there was clipping...thought I was careful in using only HPH assets for HPH and vanilla for vanilla.

I struggle with the same issue, mundane syndrome I call it, which is one reason I don't do image posts very often.
I'm not particularly creative to some extent because I'm too lazy to do meticulous setups like some of the imagery masters in LE.
As such, I create variety through changes in environment which is convenient since I mostly enjoy just playing the game. :)
