    This is very nice. You  have really managed to top your original Winterhold.

    This Winterhold looks much better now. Winterhold has college which is maybe the coolest and most unique place in snowy region but settlement around it is so crap. It doesnt even feels like a major City when compared to others. Maybe it will now :D

    Not sure how would this works, but is it possible to include a Quest where you bring back Winterhold to its prime time? I know that there's a mod that does this already, just making a (definitely huuuuge) patch to make both work.

      Might be some small quests to restore prosperity here and there, but you won't be able to restore it to it's former glory.

      No, it's Wintehold, because he showed more of it on his Discord.
      It's definetly a "remake" of his Great City of Winterhold. And the author of the Cities of the North here, know that ;)

    You already have one for Winterhold, so unless you are doing a rebuilt Winterhold, Windhelm Capital of Eastmarch looks great
