It's ported from another game, though I can't remember the name - sorry!! Have had this mod for a long time, since Oldrim. Try googling? It's definitely not a Nexus mod.
So it's not the exact same thing I got ages ago, but it looks like gg has the same unicorn incorporated in his Creatures House mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5160/
