im looking for some mods that expand the exterior of cites of solitude, markarth, whiterun, riften and windhelm i all ready use jk's skyrim for the interior so need a mod that does the exterior
im also looking for mods that make cites and towns more lively and also improves the interiors of inn's and stores

    If you want to populate skyrim, I suggest you can try Full Random NPC Pack?. It has 2 options which is new NPCs with KS Hair or with Vanilla Hair, I've only been playing with the mod for a week and it's pretty neat. It really add more npc travelling around, for example there are NPCs called "Servant" in Solitude, and there are some "Traveller" outside & inside the cities even in the College of Winterhold. And if you use High Poly Head, there's already a patch for it.
