Priest is a person ordained to perform religious rituals. Nun is a female version of monk - a member of monastic order, that lives secluded life in service of god(s) or buddhas, depending on religion. Monks might be ordained as priests, few are, but majority are not and all they do is work for monastery and pray. However, because all religions, that have monasticism (basically, Buddhism, Taoism and Christianity) are strongly patriarchal, nuns can not be priests whatsoever (unless it's some non-recognized cult) and usually there are male priests at female monasteries to perform rituals at temples.
