Turning Bloom off fixes it, but then ENB looses its pop.
It's fire + ENB Bloom that causes it.
Using PRT with Mythical Ages, and Inferno. Ton of other mods, but I know ENB Bloom is the problem.

This is a common problem with very shinny objects in bright sunlight.
The simplest solution is to reduce the global day time bloom parameter in the Bloom section of the enbseries.ini file.
I still use the same ENB, so I'll try tweaking it now. thanks for the response!
I have seen this issue with various ENB presets.
I'm currently running PI-CHO ENB for Azurite weathers. It creates a wonderful highly realistic environment and I haven't had to adjust the parameters for these type of bloom issues.
Best wishes in the upcoming New Year.
