Wheeler Reskin completely designed to be paired with Dear Diary Dark Mode - SkyUI Menu Replacer SE
(Imitated the Tween Menu Icon for DDDM)

Imitating the Bookmark that DDDM had and I put it on top of the screen so it doesnt magically hang around. Was made with 1920x1080 resolution in mind
You can easily tweek the location of this wheel using the DMenu and change the Wheeler Indicator Position X or Y

The dmenu Settings to put them on top and comes with my mod.
Also by default the Font Color is set to White, If you wanna change it for Warm Color change it on the dmenu to this:
