The Dawnbreaker is a badass sword, don't get me wrong, but I'm a vampire who completed the prophecy of the Tyranny of the Sun! I want a weapon fit for a Dread Lord!
Enter Duskbringer, the Bloodcursed form of Dawnbreaker. Here's how it's different from vanilla Dawnbreaker:
To get it, talk to Serana with Dawnbreaker in your inventory after completing the final main mission of Dawnguard DLC. Note: Serana must still be a vampire. If she is cured, she can't Bloodcurse the sword.
My Other Mods for a Vampiric Playthrough
Enter Duskbringer, the Bloodcursed form of Dawnbreaker. Here's how it's different from vanilla Dawnbreaker:
- Its base damage has been raised to that of a Daedric Sword.
- It is now affected by the Daedric Smithing perk.
- It absorbs 10 Health and Magicka from the target.
- When equipped, the Vampiric Drain spell is twice as effective. This is not affected by the weapon's enchantment charge.
