This is just a small patch to auto dispel the 'Bound Shield' from Mysticism when sheathed. It was annoying me that all bound weapons dispel when sheathed yet the shield sticks around for up to 10 minutes depending on your perks unless you unequip it.
Make sure you have SKSE installed and verify this patch is winning any and all script conflicts.
