About WereLight ReShade:
WeReLight adds quite a lot of depth to Skyrim weather and lighting, and with the recommended ENBs it can look stunning.
But if you don't use ENB, this ReShade preset will definitely come in handy.
WeReLight - Weathers Redone and Lighting Enhancements (for Silent Horizons 2 or Ruvaak Dahman) at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
Requires ReShade full version, just install ReShade, then unzip this and put the contents into the Skyrim directory.
You need to select this preset in-game. To do that, get in Skyrim, open menu with Home key, then open the preset pick list and go down to MVC WeReLight reshade. Select it and press the Apply button so the preset is loaded.
Note: you can use this with an ENB, I also use it with Ruvaak Dahman and like it. Just remember to turn off Reshade's Gloom AO and DPX.
