I took Fulcimentum and cleaned up ALL edits to vanilla references, removed the wands from merchants', loot and enemy leveled lists, removed MCM, and stripped it down to Ebony and Wood wands and staves only.
You might say "enemies should have them for us to loot", but here it was kind of a compromise so you wouldn't need to mess around with bashed patches - I never do myself - besides, the staves and wands are a bit overpowered, so keeping them accessible only after you've achieved certain thresholds in the game feels much better to me. They are basically accessible only from Neloth's Staff Enchanter.
I also removed all instances of heart stones in Skyrim, as well as the Staff Enchanter that Fulcimentum previously added.
No requirements, doesn't count toward plugin limit.
I made this because I wanted to integrate tak_oz's wands, staves and new staff spells based on vanilla spells into my mod Gleanerborn, as a complement to my own Rustic Wands that I created.
Just in case you just want the wands and staff models and spells, I decided to share this work as standalone.
If you prefer a mod that increments previously unavailable crafting recipes in a vanill-friendly way, using clutter as materials or weaponizing it, adds new spells, adds recipes to recycle basic armors to their 'advanced' next tier, implements animal milk and adds recipes for cheese, beverages, sweets, adds a flying broom that also summons a mage to accompany you for ten minutes at a time, a levitation spell, levitating animations for the dual-wielder of magic spells, and much, much more, with minimal impact to vanilla references, highly compatible, flagged ESL and with a minute filesize footprint, do check Gleanerborn out:

This mod adds many new staff enchantments, 3 new magic weapon models (2 wands, one staff), specific Shield Wands and Staves that apply effects previously not available (like for instance attaching a magelight to an enemy when bashing it), and are armored Light or Heavy. It adds spells like Sunfire or Cyclone to staffs and even new staff enchantments based on vanilla spells but with more power.
The wands and staves themselves use game data textures, so if you're using a retexture mod to either wood or ebony, they will use those textures.

I did not create or set up the wand and staff meshes, they belong to tak_oz and their mod Fulcimentum - More Staves and Wands of Skyrim at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) , but I am truly thankful they left their permissions open so I could do this.
