Add spears and javelines into the Ars Metallica smelter recipes.

This patch will add spears and javelines from Skyrim Spear Mechanics into the smelter recipes of Ars Metallica, so you will be able to get iron ingots from iron spear for example.
It cover all spears and javelines excepts daedric and dragon bone regarding to the Ars Metallica current recipes (I guess it make no sense to get daedra heart and dragon bones from a smelter).
