About this mod

Removes salt from all basic recipes in random mods (mostly Gourmet, so far)

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Changelogs
Simple patches to remove all the salt from the basic recipes in  Gourmet and other mods. The fanciest recipes, soups, stews and proper baking will still require salt, for balance and realism and to minimise conflicts.

Downloads

  • Gourmet Simple Meals: plain meats and very basic baking.  Continued over at Gourmet Reseasoned for updates.
  • Gourmet Fishing recipes with no salt Continued over at Gourmet Reseasoned for updates.
  • Patch for the Gourmet Survival patch.
  • Patch for Simple Hunting Overhaul: Only patches the cooked meat recipe, load anywhere after SHO.
  • Patch for the Deepglow Char from Legacy of the Dragonborn SSE
  • Patch for Chanterelle

All plugins are esp flagged esl.

Requirements

  • The mod being patched.

Load Order

Load after anything else that touches the same recipes (so far I haven't noticed any conflicts, most other patches don't touch the actual recipes, but it could happen). Feel free to mix and match with Gourmet Reseasoned if you want herbed boar and plain fish, or vice versa.

My Other Mods

Chocolate Money - Eat Your Gold Survival Cheat (guaranteed salt free recipe - though not mineral free)
Gourmet Unsalted and Re-Seasoned (it's a lot like this mod because it removes salt. But it's tastier).
Baked In Mud Crabs - clay baking recipes for Campfire - Salt free! Clay is a mineral, but it isn't salt! I win on a technicality!
Hide Those Ears (Absolutely nothing to do with food).
Outfit Presets for Skyrim Outfit System SE Revived (not just inedible, what you see isn't even what you get!)
Restarter's Random Patches - because people with giant modlists need a lot of very random patches

Note:

Originally uploaded alongside the other files in Gourmet Unsalted and Re-Seasoned, I moved this one to a separate page to minimise confusion. They will directly overwrite each other, but you can safely use the separate fish and non-fish patches together.
