An 4K overhaul of the KS Hairdos Salt and Wind textures.



***NOTE : The Images I uploaded are of 1080p resolution, meaning your results would vary on 4K resolution.


  Features
 
  •  Remastered Salt and Wind textures in 4K.

   Installation 

  •   Install original KS Hairdos SSE.  KS Hairdos
  •   Install the textures provided by this mod, and overwrite the original KS Hairdos textures.

  • How to cover SMP version of KS Hairdos (inefficient method)
 
  • Navigate to the textures folder of my overhaul mod, it should be KS Hairdos Salt and Wind - 4K Overhaul\textures\KS Hairdo's.                                         unless you changed the name.
  • When you are at this folder create a folder called HDT
  • copy all of the files / hairs in the KS Hairdo's folder into the HDT folder

     NOTE: the above instructions for the SMP version should work although, it is inefficient since most textures from KS Hairdo's aren't covered in the HDT version.

  • How to cover SMP version of KS Hairdos (efficient method)
  • Do the steps described in the inefficient method
  • Go to your favorite mod organizer and check which hairs in the SMP version of KS Hairdos are being overwritten.
  • Delete any files / hairs that are not being overwritten in the new HDT folder you created inside the KS Hairdos folder of my 4K Overhaul mod.

  • NOTE: Around 30 hairs are not covered if you want to cover the SMP version.
