Skips the stages 20 and 30 of the Dawnguard's quest A Jarl's Justice: No pickpocketing required anymore, the jarl will instantly believe you and the quest will progress to killing the vampire.

I mean come on, the dude got glowing red eyes and fangs. Just order your guard to search him and you will find the proof yourself. Or order him to take a walk with you to enjoy the sun, see how it goes.
Probably don't install this if the quest is currently active AND you are at stage 30 (Find evidence linked to the vampire) or 40 (Bring evidence to <Alias=Jarl>), as I deleted these stages. Here are the stages for reference: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:A_Jarl's_Justice#Quest_Stages
