A small patch to make Xtudo's beautiful Sarah as Lydia replacer and Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia compatible as well as removing the opposite gender flag from Lydia's record. I have used this on a 40+ hour play through with zero issues. Obviously this will be incompatible with any Lydia replacers must be loaded after both required mods.. I would ask you to consider endorse both of these wonderful mods.
