Since the launch of Northern Roads its always been in my load order, however always bother me the transition between some cells have a weird blending of textures. Some can be fix with a proper sroting of the mod list, other are harder to do, and the bigger your list, the harder is to do so.
In a crude attempt to solve it i open the Creation Kit and try to solve the one more evident i can remember, the whiterun river.
This may be the worst aproach ever to this or the best, i don't know, its the "simplest" way i found to fixed this with my relative big load order without much headache.
I did this for me and uploaded since it might be of use for someone else, if somebody know of a better way to do this, please tell me.
