this patch replaces Tamrielic Lore Chrysamere for in favour of Creation Club's Chrysamere model and powers while disabling the original creation club quest and keeping the Tamrielic Lore quest
(Because honestly... creation club's Chrysamere's quest isn't even really a quest worthy of the artifact.)

- You can still obtain the original Tamrielic Lore's Chrysamere by activating the Scabbard once you obtain CC's Chrysamere from the quest
