-From 17 weight to 15
-From 15 base damage to 17(went back in after pic and changed it)
-From 3000 enchantment charge to 5000
-From 1.000 speed to 1.500 speed
-Added 30 Frost damage, and 10 stamina per hit or something.
Forgot I'd had this cc at all, then suddenly remembered and looked it up, and was like... oh... let me make it more impressive, and there was something about forged by dragons, right? Okay well there are frost dragons too. Voila. (can you tell this is part of elder scrolls story/lore I have not looked into before? : p )
