Unique enchantment for the Sword of Jyggalag.

Just a unique enchantment for Jyggalag's sword. Patched for USSEP by default.
Requirement: Saints & Seducers Creation Content.
Installation: Use a mod manager or install manually.
Has 2 versions: Enchanted and Unenchanted versions.
Enchanted version: Deals 30 damage of frost and lighting and has scripted effects below.
Unenchanted version: Has no enchanment but still has scripted effects below. For people who wants to enchant the sword with their own custom effects.
When equip the sword, you will be given 2 powers to use once a day and a perk:
Perk:
Order's Virtue: Raise your armor rating by 80 points.
Powers:
Assert Order: Slow time for 30 seconds.
Summon Champions of Jyggalag: Summon 2 Champions of Jyggalag from past & future.
Not really true to the lore: "It has a unique enchantment that allows those that gaze upon its edge to see the past, present, and future flow as one.". but it's still pretty cool.
