Allows you to consume Requiem's skill books and Dynamo Cores to get Smithing experience.

Taking first perk in Smithing gives you ability to consume Smithing books and Centurion Dynamo Cores as exchange for Smithing Experience (based on book's rarity), on usage only one item is consumed.
Requires Fozar's patch.
Order in which items are consumed: Centurion Dynamo Core, The Craftsman's Manual, An Introduction to Scale Armors, The Almanac of Orcish Blacksmithing, About Elven Craftmanship, The Art of Dwarven Blacksmithing, Arcane Craftsmanship, Blacksmithing of Morrowind, Art of the Nordic Blacksmiths, An Introduction to Malachite, Harder than Steel - How to work with Ebony, The Compendium of Draconic Armor, Daedric Craftsmanship
If you think that exp gain is too low/high you can change it by console:"set RSS_expMult to X", where X is multiplier of total exp (1 by default), also can be done in xEdit.
If some other mod overwrites first Smithing perk and you won't get Study power, you can add it manually by console: "player.addspell xx113800".
