Changes the Sleek Fur Cloak model in Wet and Cold to a better one from Cloaks and Capes.

I was tired of seeing blurry 2011 quality Wet and Cold cloaks in my ultra-modded (3000+ mods) game where even ants are HD. So I decided it was time to make things right.
The Rugged Fur Cloak model wasn't changed since I could not find a higher-quality alternative for it.
Optional file removes the Rugged Fur Cloak from W&C distribution so only the higher quality Sleek Fur Cloak shows up.
I have added another mod where I have changed the Rugged Fur Cloak to Fur Ponchos from the Immersive Fur Garments mod. Get it here: Wet and Cold - Rugged Cloaks to Ponchos. Obviously, don't use the optional file from this mod then.
Combine both of these to get higher quality Wet and Cold items in your game.
Works with Wet and Cold - Gear as well. Obviously.
