excuse me, I use your preset but the first view of the third preson(from first person)is too near, I follow your description, set fov 90 in command line is just fine, but when finish a conversation, everything go back, i use improved alternative conversation camera, and i didn't change the ini because I want to change camera to speaker when having a conversation. Is there something wrong? and, I try to change the "C" to another button in MCM, it just work, the next time I open the game, it change to 'C' again...
I actually set the zoom level manually, as players might prefer closer or farther camera. Use your mouse wheel to change it. As for your bug with improved alternate camera, I can't say, I also use it but I've never had a problem... Make sure your ini files aren't set to read only. I'm not positive this could be the cause, but it is worth checking.
Not sure if it's this or SmoothCam mod itself, but sometimes the shoulder view in third person changes from right to left when exiting the Enchanting table and I can't fix it in any way. Can you help?
Sometimes - not every time - when I switch from first to third person while using this preset, SmoothCam just stops working and reverts to the vanilla camera setup. Not sure if it's a problem with this preset or with SmoothCam itself, but I was wondering if anyone experienced anything similar or knew of any way to fix it.
I have personally played with my mod for hundreds of hours without an issue. If you find a way to reproduce it, I might be able to help. Most likely some incompatibility somewhere in your mods :))
Great preset, locked in as my go-to for the foreseeable future! I was wondering though, where is the hairstyle in the screenshots from? I must have seen it in a million mod pages or YT videos recently, but nobody ever mentions it.
I don't think it really matters, as long as it loaded after SmoothCam. In MO2, its loaded at the end because I was too lazy to organize my Nolvus modifications.
Can someone please point out how to use the fov and what is the ''Low hip'' or how to properly zoom in because i can't seem to make it like in the screenshots also should i change every section like ''range, standing, sitting'' the same settings you give us in the installation guid ?
You can change the fov by typing "fov x" in the command line, x being the chosen value. All values for "range, standing and sitting" have already been edited by this mod. If they are not to your liking, you may change them yourself in the SmoothCam MCM. To get the "Low hip" zoom, I just manually zoom the camera to that, because you may want a different base zoom level.
Can you tell me what animation mod you're using for holding your two handed weapon like that in the screenshots? I've been wanting to find an animation like that but no luck so far. :(
Ah, I couldn't tell you exactly because it’s a lot of manual editing, but I am using the Nolvus modlist. Refer to this section (section 6) for the exact same thing as me: https://www.nolvus.net/guide/asc/animations/core
