About this mod
Gives you debuffs when casting spells in any armor. Heavy armor makes casting worse than light armor. The debuffs get lower the higher you level your armor skill but will never be 0

Description:
Casting spells while having any light or heavy armor equipped will make the spells weaker and more costly. It depends on your armour skill level.
Higher Spell cost:
Lower Spell Damage:
Even at level 100 in the armor skill, a minor debuff remains to make robes more beneficial for mages than wearing armor.
There's an optional file to add it to all NPCs via SPID

Whenever. The script in this mod only runs once at the start of the game to give 2 perks to the player

- +30% --> +5% for light armor
- +35% --> +10% for heavy armor
Lower Spell Damage:
- 20% --> 5% for light armor
- 25% --> 5% for heavy armor
