When you equip the alchemical loot satchel in your inventory you'll receive 1 to 5 common alchemy ingredients, 1 or 2 uncommon ingredients, and one rare ingredient. The rarity of ingredients are defined by vanilla leveled lists, so this should work with any mod added ingredients as well. The loot satchels are distributed with SPID, so you can tweak the settings yourself in the .ini provided; by default they are fairly uncommon - about 1 in 20 NPCs will have them, but alchemists and court wizards should always carry them.
Thats it! Flagged ESL, only adds a single MiscObject and a tiny script with a single "OnEquipped" event - the satchels will use whatever meshes and textures you have installed - should be compatible with anything and everything.
