Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul makes useful the carriage system.
Light Horses of Skyrim (Realistic body and fur) is one of the best (if not the greatest) horse retexture on Nexus.
With this patch, the added carriage horses from CFTO now looks like the second mod.
Also works with Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul - Fixes and Winterhold.
Now included the horses of the stables from HearthFires DLC.
