Thanks to @black364 's killmove bleneder rig and tutorial,I was able to make this killmove.
How to apply this killmove to another condition?
1.Find the killmove you want to replace by the OAR in game menu,using animation log function 2.Copy the hkx file in the pack and rename it to another killmove's name 3.The default conditon is set to replace 3 killmoves of player,if you want to edit this to another condition such as equipping a specific weapon,just edit the "condition" part and leave "pairedConditions" part alone unless you want to edit the target's condition as well
