I made some patches for Gonzeh - Little Locations for personal use and figured I'd share. Please bother me if you have an issue with my patches not the original mod authors. These patches were made by me ChickenMike and not Gonzeh84. All plugins are .ESL flagged .ESPs so they won't take up a place in your load order.
BadGremlins Collection - Moves the fairy to the boat on the other side of the lake
Fishing - Moves all the objects formerly on the pier to the ground.
Lux Orbis - Moves a lantern and light source so they are no longer floating
There is also a plugin to disable two floating trees that are present with several different tree mods. I know Skyrim Flora Overhaul and Traverse the Ulvenwald have this issue, unsure of other.
Map Marker Patch - Makes the location discoverable instead of being able to fast travel to it at game start.
NordWarUA's Vanilla Armor Replacers SSE - Moves some leather armor pieces around so they're no longer floating or clipping
Winterhold Docks - Makes these two mods work together to give you a much more developed feeling Winterhold Docks. Requires the AE version of Winterhold Docks (AKA the one that requires the Fishing CC). This was far and away the most complicated patch I've ever made. Massive thank you to robertgk2017 for talking me through navmeshing, landscaping and navcuts. I honestly don't think I could have made this patch without him.
FAQ
Q:Do these patches work with my game version?
A:Other than the Drelas Cottage mashup, they should be fine, but best practice is to use BEES.
Q:Wow these patches sure look complicated to do how did you make them?
A:Truthfully it's not that complicated. It took me like an hour to learn the CK and to be honest you should already know how to use SSEedit. Janquel's guide is an invaluable resource and without it I wouldn't have known where to even start. If I can do it you can too!
Q:Why are your screenshots so bad?
A:I literally haven't intentionally taken a screenshot in Skyrim in my over 1600 hours until the week before I uploaded this. I'll get better hopefully.
Q:FOMOD?
A:Maybe eventually. I currently don't know how and everything I've read has said its a time consuming process. I'd rather get patches out the door then figure out how to improve installation.
Q:Do you take patch requests?
A:My primary reason for making patches is personal use but if I can make the patch quickly I'll consider it.
Q:You haven't had any recent activity on Nexus and I need to get a hold of you, how can I do that?
A:@ChickenMike in either Ryn or Janquel's discords and I should see it. I'm also in a bunch of other discords, but I check those two the most regularly.
Q:Why is the Badgremlins patch weird in the requirements tab?
A:Nexus won't let me add the correct file to the field so I had to find a workaround. I don't know why and am confused.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU ADD THESE PATCHES TO A NEW GAME. To quote robertgk2017 "Modding is illegal post character start." You might be able to get away with it if you haven't entered the cell yet but this is neither recommended nor supported.

Snazzy Drelas' Cottage - Removes some overlapping stuff and adds some navcuts so it all works together well. As far as I am aware no patches for Snazzy affect the exterior of the cottage so it should be compatible with most everything. This patch requires a new game as well as BEES if you aren't on the latest version. Please tell me if you have any issues. Nexus won't let me left align this description without also left aligning everything above this. Elp.
