Destruction spells once the impact perk is taken have a 15% chance of doing bonus damage equal to destruction skill, single or dual casted.
Also makes dual casted destruction spells actually increase the XP given equal to the XP given by a fire/frost/lightning rune. Thanks to how destruction increases based on a spells base mana and NOT its damage casting a one handed firebolt 6 times gives double the xp then 3 dual casted firebolts. This means a pure mage using dual casted destruction spells DOESNT level slower then a mage hybrid using single hand spells and a shield/weapon.
How I implemented this mod means any other mod that modifies impact perk or the impact perk effect used by spells will conflict. Any spell from any other mods that use the impact perk effect but doesn't modifiy it will not conflict and be effected by both the crit and XP changes.
The one "bug" is that to implement criticals to work with ANY destruction spells the crit damage can show in the magic menu when you select a spell. Say a spell does 100 damage it has 15% chance to show 200 damage when selected/unselected. Consider this is a "feature" to see how much bonus damage you can do :)
