This is an extremely simple mod that disables the sign at the Provincial Courier Service. In the vanilla game all signs in the game do not have activators attached to them so it seemed inconsistent that this street sign would. Unfortunately I had to disable the entire sign to get rid of the activator as they were attached. Everything else is left as is. The mod is esl flagged and only consists of a single record.
