Adds conditions related to dialogue to OAR.

This mod does nothing by itself. One needs to have an animation mod that uses this condition for this to do anything.

Adds a condition called "Dialogue" to OAR.
The condition has options related to dialogue that one can set. See the image for the options.
These options could've been made into their own separate conditions like how normal OAR conditions are made, but this way was much easier to implement.




One thing to note is that the options for "dialogue start", "dialogue end", and "player has chosen" rely on data of the last evaluation.
