You are the mighty Dragonborn, why not have a crown to go with it? Well my friends I am happy to give you just that, a crown. It reduces your cooldown by 100%. I have also given you a sword to go along with it; I have given you some gold to help out. I have placed a chest named Dragonborn's War Chest in Helgen keep easily gotten to if you follow Hadvar into the keep.
The crown and sword are both temperables at the proper workstation. the crown sports a 100% cooldown reduction in shout usage. the sword is a dragonbone sword with some enchantments.

With update 1.2 I have added both light and heavy versions along with dragonbone and dragonscale armors.
