OAR conditions and animations for Blind people DAR animations to make all NPC and PC to use Blind people animations when it's really dark or when blinded by spell.

Mod Description
NPC and Player will use Blind people animations when it's really dark or when blinded by spell.
NPC and player will use animations when:
LightLevel is less than 1
AND
NPC or player is not Vampire
AND
NPC or player is not Khajiit
AND
Not under "Night Eye" effect
AND
Not inside Home, Inn, Guild etc.
Also when:
Under "Crying Eye" spell
OR
Under "Dazzling Flash" sell
from
Odin - Skyrim Magic Overhaul

Open Animation Replacer
Installation
Install this mod.
As i have permission to include samuelga24 animations, than its it :D
Done.
Compatibility.
It's compatible with everything.
Some mods add new or alternative versions of night eye or blinding spells.
For now configuration is provided for following mods:
Creation Club Content (AE update)
Odin - Skyrim Magic Overhaul
Sacrosanct - Vampires of Skyrim
Summermyst - Enchantments of Skyrim
Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim
Beyond Reach
Beyond Skyrim: Bruma
Play as a Dragon SE
