With this mod you will be able to craft Spell Tomes, if you meet the requirements. This mod´s plugins are all ESPFE and compatible to all Skyrim versions. The mod is oriented around Simonrim,

How it works:
First, you need to craft your own notes for every school of magic and every tier you want to be able to craft spells for. You can do this at a tanning rack with 5 rolls of paper, 1 inkwell, and 1 leather. You need to have a quill in your inventory for the recipes to show up (for decluttering purposes). Additionally, you need to have enough skill in the respective magic school (10 for novice, 25 for apprentice, 50 for adept, 75 for expert, and 90 for master). For the master ones, you will additionally have to have completed the respective ritual quests.
The craftable notes are:
Novice Alteration Spell Notes
Apprentice Alteration Spell Notes
Adept Alteration Spell Notes
Expert Alteration Spell Notes
Master Alteration Spell Notes
Novice Conjuration Spell Notes
Apprentice Conjuration Spell Notes
Adept Conjuration Spell Notes
Expert Conjuration Spell Notes
Master Conjuration Spell Notes
Novice Destruction Spell Notes
Apprentice Destruction Spell Notes
Adept Destruction Spell Notes
Expert Destruction Spell Notes
Master Destruction Spell Notes
Novice Illusion Spell Notes
Apprentice Illusion Spell Notes
Adept Illusion Spell Notes
Expert Illusion Spell Notes
Master Illusion Spell Notes
Up to this point, there are no other mod requirements.
To be able to craft spell tomes, you need to have the respective Spell Notes in your inventory ("Novice Destruction Spell Notes" for Flames, for example). Spell tomes are not crafted at the tanning rack tough; this is where "Sorcerer" becomes a requirement. The tome crafting takes place at the Sorcerer´s Scroll Enchanter. Additionally, you have to have completed Tolfdir´s, Faralda´s, Drevis´, Phinis´, or Colette´s AND Urag´s quests from "College of Winterhold - Quest Expansion" by Jayserpa (another required mod).
Example:
You want to craft Fireball (adept destruction spell).
1. You need to have a destruction skill of at least 50.
2. You need to have a quill in your inventory.
3. You can craft "Adept Destruction Spell Notes" at a tanning rack with 5 rolls of paper, 1 inkwell and 1 leather.
4. With this in your inventory, you can craft the Fireball tome at a Scroll Enchanter with 1 Enchanted Ink, 5 Scroll Paper and 1 Leather if you have completed Faralda´s and Urag´s quest form "College of Winterhold - Quest Expansion". (The quill does not need to be in your inventory at this step.)
Be aware that this mod requires and is built around Mysticism, which changes some spell´s tiers and adds new spells. I covered all spells from Mysticism except for those that are only obtainable by special means (Soul Cairn for the Boneman, Mistman, and Wraithman, for example). These tomes cannot be crafted.
In the optional files, you can download plugins for all of Darenii´s spell packs. Crafting these tomes works a little bit differently though:
You will not need to have completed the College Trainers' quests, and thus, "College of Winterhold - Quest Expansion" is not needed for these addons. Instead, "Humble Beginnings - A Lightweight Class Mod" is required. For example, to be able to craft Spell Tomes from "Lunaris," you need to have picked "Lunar Pilgrim" as a background from "Humble Beginnings" (or "Hemomancer" for "Bloodmoon" or "Necromancer" for "Necrotic," etc.). Other than that, it's the same. You need to have the respective Spell Note in your inventory to be able to craft the tomes at the Scroll Enchanter (Sorcerer required but not Mysticism).
So technically, you can use the base mod that lets you craft the Spell Notes and the Darenii add-ons without the Mysticism file. However, you cannot craft the base game / Mysticism spells in that case, only the Darenii ones.
In other words: If you want to use the Mysticism file and any of Darenii´s add ons, these are the requirements:
all of these:
Mysticism
College of Winterhold - Quest Expansion
Sorcerer
Humble Beginnings (with the Mysticism and Darenii addons)
all or any of these:
Necrotic (or)
Arcane (or)
Desecration (or)
Arclight (or)
Natura (or)
Vulcano (or)
Stellaris (or)
Necrom (or)
Flames of Coldharbour (or)
Bloodmoon (or)
Abyss (or)
Lunaris (or)
I want to thank and credit Darenii, Jayserpa, Rusalka9 and SimonMagus (alphabetical order) for their fantastic mods and constant high level work!
