This is a NAO addon that removes the big ugly mouth from female Orcs (and uses the same noses as elf/humans as well). There are not a lot of female Orcs in Skyrim but they are all covered here. There are also files that include BBLS (one female Orc) and Immersive Wenches (a handful of Orc wenches) - just use one main file, they all include core Skyrim characters.
this one is a little more complex than the rest of NAO as one needs to adjust the Orc race file (to give normal teeth) and the high poly head femaleheadraces.tri (to remove the morphed lips made to make room for the large teeth).
SIDE EFFECT: If you start a new game and create a female Orc character she will have the prettier orc face (no tusks, elf/human mouth and nose options)
for Skyfem users: for now I have left the converted 'male' Orcs alone. there is a Skyfem patch for this mod in the optional files. if you use this mod and Skyfem, the Orc race form would re-introduce the male skeleton to the 'males' (the patch simply fixes that).

installation:
1 install NAO - NPC Appearance Overhaul (normal or Skyfem fixer edition) as per instructions and including all requisites.
2 install this mod with yer fav manager.
