Welcome Pal, to a simple mod that adds the ability to summon Gaster Blasters in Skyrim..
Simple right? Just push a button and watch as your Magicka drops like a rock. The blasters deal scripted damage, and ignore defenses. Karma you know?
Each Blaster uses 40 Magicka when activating the spell. The number of blasters is dependent on your Conjuration, and their damage is dependent on your destruction.. bigger is better. you can get up to 14 blasters attacking at once.
when you use the power, you will enter "Undertale Battle mode" where everything turns Black and white. or... you know, download the Alt version of this mod in the Download section and not have that little bit...
You get the ability automatically, no one really wants to fight a level 223 "Dragonborn", not like anyone could win anyways. Questing is tiring.
What do you expect? I am lazy and want to take a nap...
oh yeah... you also get the spell to manipulate enemies in a blue soul state with the "Blue Soul Control". So you can pick enemies up and toss them. Fun right?

Or you are one of those people who just hate Undertale on principle, but no one really cares about them.

The spells in this mod are created using assets from "Hecatic Graea - By Elysees". Massive props to the original creator of the parts of that mod i used. Obviously i really love this mod and the stuff you can do with it.
it shares the scripts and the global values from them.
The blasters have the following traits.
-Lesser Power-Damage : 5+Destruction*0.1 Per 1.2 second (During 24 Second)
-Summoned magic square : 4~12 (Conjuration Based)
-Require : Magicka 40 per Gaster Blaster
lock on radius : 4800
The following Global values are used by this mod and can be changed with the "Set" command
As this mod was created using "open Source" material, i consider it to be "Open Source" as well. You are free to use any and all aspects of this mod as you see fit. Mix it into another mod, re-upload to another site or whatever floats your boat. I will be personally uploading this mod to Bethesda.net for PC and Console there.
Obviously the sounds are from Undertale, and were created by Toby Fox. These sounds may not be used in any monetized works if you decide to include the contents of this mod in another as per Toby Foxes stance on fan content.

- HecaticDamageRate = (Default:1.0, Setto:2.0) Determines script damage of spell projectiles.
- HecaticDuration = (Default:24) Determines lifetime of Each Blaster.
- HecaticMagicka = (Default:20, Setto:40) Cost in Magicka per Blaster.
- HecaticRadius = Radius in which the lock-on function of the Gaster Blasters will lock-onAny of these values can be changed as you see fit.
