Many thanks to Redbag for graciously allowing me the make this.
This mod is the docks portion ONLY of Redbag's Solitude.
Patches for normal Redbag's Solitude WILL NOT WORK. But there should be many less patches needed because there are no changes inside the Solitude city walls. A lot of care was taken to remove all the city changes for max compatibility. This also means that the custom stairway to inside Solitude was removed.
This mod keeps all NPCs from Redbag's Solitude who have homes at the docks, and moves one NPC (Taneasi, Argonion beggar) who spends the day at the dock and previously slept in Solitude (now has a pile of hay behind some boxes).
While all SolitudeWorld changes were removed, some markers were left in indoor locations, so that NPCs could keep most of their pre-existing schedules.
Some of the NPCs will visit:
The Winking Skeever
The Temple of the Divines
The Bards College
and one visitor each to the Fletcher and Blacksmith interiors
