Cooking Adventure in Skyrim is an incredible mod that promotes cooking.
Survival Mode makes food essential for the player.
I patched the two to play nice with each other. Most of the food in CAS now have the correct keywords and effets, so that large/cooked food are most effecient, while raw meat and other stuff should give you food poisoning.
The hunger rates I gave stuff are somewhat arbitrary on my part. Raw Dragon Meat for exemple restores A LOT of hunger, while smaller cooked stuff may restore a tiny amount. Tell me if you think it's too much or not enough.
Drinks and alcohol is left untouched.
