Changes the rowboats added by JK's Windhelm Outskirts to rowboats from Realistic Boat Bobbing. Not covered by Realistic Boat Bobbing Patch Hub.

Compatibility patch I made for my game. JK's Windhelm Outskirts adds two small docks with rowboats in the water outside Windhelm. This changes them to the animated boat from Realistic Boat Bobbing.
Two versions available: one for RBB+JK's, then one with additional changes for GKB Waves Reborn compatibility. Only one main file is needed.
Boats in the base game affected by GKB Waves Reborn are covered by the patch in Realistic Boat Bobbing - Row Boats.
