Distributes armor/sword to all Legates, Solitude Guard and some named NPCS

If there is a named npc on this list that you want to remove, juste delete the lines refering to him on the DISTR file.
Same if you don't want the weapon, delete lines with keyword "Item = ..." on the DISTR file.
Should not distribute to Penitus Oculatus or imperial with light armor except in Solitude.
Let me know if you found a problem.
You need to replace the esp of the original mod, by the esl version. Esp version will break the DISTR. If you use a translation, you may face the same problem (if the translator used the esp instead of the esl), so I can't offer support. Copy your esp translation to the esl plugin.
I'm using SPID version 6.8.2. Spid creator decided to remove the outfit auto equip feature after this update. I don't know what problem will appear with my spid file after this update.
