This mod adds a new condition. If the player has at least 30 stamina, then the player can use a power attack or shield bash. This offsets the infinite shield bash/power attack exploit from stamina regen items. It only takes a moment to get used to playing this way and feels quite natural - within a few minutes you will forget you installed this mod, unless you exploited stamina regen and power attacks.

Although this mod is remade, I would not have known what to edit without looking at his mod. My mod simply applies this same condition to horse combat, bow bashing, and is updated for skyrim special edition.
30 is the default required stamina as you will never have something that uses less than 30 stamina in the base game. If you are using mods that alter power attacks, you may need to adjust this mod with xedit.
