About this mod

Adds three bosses who drop 10 Crimson Nirnroot each, allowing you an alternative (or complementary) way to complete A Return to Your Roots.

Permissions and credits
Exploration is fun. Exploring a gigantic cave system without a good map to find 30 pieces of an item that is distributed infrequently is not very fun.

The spirit of A Return to Your Roots is somewhat interesting with this idea of exploration, but I wanted an alternative way to complete the quest. With that, my decision was to add three bosses who drop 10 Crimson Nirnroot each and distribute these bosses across Blackreach, allowing for some simple challenge and exploration to be satisfied.

The bosses are stronger versions of creatures that you would find in Blackreach: A Falmer and his two animal companions, a Dwemer Centurion accompanied by two spiders and a Falmer Captive who managed to break free from their prison.

They should pose a challenge to early level players, but still be able to be defeated with either some strategy... or just higher levels and decent power behind your actions.

ESP light, so it will not take a slot in your load order.

Location of the Bosses
Part of the point of the mod is still to retain the need to explore Blackreach and find a source of Crimson Nirnroot (their loot), but if you want to find them easily, look around these places. One of them is intentionally easy to find.

Spoiler:
Show

Falmer Fugitive - Go to the lift to the Tower of Mzark, he is on the other side of the river.
Falmer Shadowmaster - To the west of Sinderion's Field Laboratory.
Dwemer Centurion and spiders - Follow the road south from Sinderion's Field Laboratory and you will bump into them soon.

Difficulty
They are not meant to be easy and will probably kill you if you try to face them very early on.

Compatibility
Outside of placing the enemies in their locations, nothing else was changed. There is no change to A Return to
Your Roots, the Crimson Nirnroot or any other vanilla records.
