Makes Leaf Rest of Ilinalta a purchasable home from Solaf in Falkreath.

I wanted to use Leaf Rest, but not in Riverwood, as I'm using Hunters Cabin of Riverwood as well, so I chose the Leaf Rest Ilinalta home. However, I wanted to be forced to purchase the home, and while the Riverwood version has a patch, Buyable Home Patch for Leaf Rest SSE, created by elr0y7, which does this, there was not one for Ilinalta. So, I created a new one based on elr0y7, who really deserves most of the credit for this as I just copied most of what he had done.

- Should be safe to install mid-game as long as you haven't already procured Leaf Rest Ilinalta home, start of game, or not at all. Uninstall at any point isn't recommended. Install with your mod manager of choice, but if you're here and don't know how to do that by now, go search YouTube for videos on installing mods for Skyrim.
Compatibility:
- Should be compatible with everything, but if not, and you find something, please let me know.
