This mod adds a simple merchant who sells every spell (that is tied to a tome) in the game. Elina is located in the kitchen area of Whiterun's Dragonsreach and is making a quick buck with the spell tomes that she found somewhere, don't ask her where (you can't).

The main purpose of this mod is to allow you to buy the spells you need without needing to go to the College or search around various vendors to get them. She should therefore help players with issues like Phinis not selling the Necromantic Grimoire Tomes or make the life for your mage with master level spells easier.

I mentioned "Necromantic Grimoire", but she also sells spells from tomes tied to other content in the Creation Club included in Anniversary Edition. If you do not have the Anniversary Edition, though, there is also a version without those tomes.

Compatibility
The mod simply adds the NPC vendor and does not change anything else, so it will be compatible with everything.
She can also sell modded spell tomes if they make use of the leveled lists included in her merchant chest. Do note that conditions of skill and ritual quest requirements (for master spells) will still apply when it comes to those.

Patches
As explained above, she will sell modded tomes, but they might have restrictions. Patches can be made to ensure she sells every single spell from certain mods (but again, she will already sell many, though some will have skill/quest restrictions). Request the patches and I might make them.
Check the optional files for patches available so far. Load them after both her esp and the relevant spell tome/magic mod.

F.A.Q.
Why is she a cook?
She was made in honor of a character from a friend of mine who is one as well. So I placed her in an appropriate place with an appropriate attire. Her backstory is essentially just a cook who happens to have means to get these tomes. Which means? She won't tell you.

Will she sell modded tomes?
If they are added to the leveled lists her merchant chest uses, then yes.

Why does she sell more than one version from some tomes?
Some are used by more than one leveled list, plus the guaranteed version she is meant to have. So you might see more than one being sold by her.

I don't like that she sells X tome(s) OR The prices are X, I prefer them to be Y OR I don't like her location, will you change it? OR I don't like that she makes things easier, will you change that?
No. The spells will remain the same and the prices for them are unaltered. If you don't like X spell being obtained potentially earlier than usual, either don't buy it or use a mod that makes spell learning harder (or don't download this mod, but I doubt you read this much if you aren't interested).
