Downscales NOTWL textures for a drastic FPS boost.

With permission from fxckthisworld I have added new, downscaled textures for the amazing Nature of the Wild Lands mod. Nature of the Wild Lands has pretty thin trees so there should very little to no visual difference (I play on a 32 inch 4k monitor and I can only tell a difference when I stand right in front of the tree in first person).
Textures are for the most part half resolution from vanilla NOTWL with other optimizations as necessary.
YOU NEED THE ORIGINAL MOD FOR THIS TO WORK. Load these textures after NOTWL.
