About this mod
Traveled dirt roads is a mod I made for a more natural look. The mod includes a new set of old meshes designed to replace game meshes (the meshes are vanilla assets) and implement new ones. There are no cobblestone mesh parts on the roads, and the texture mapping has been set to parallax mapping using your installed landscape textures.

THIS IS NOT A TEXTURE REPLACER.
To give some detail for your understanding of what has happened, look at it like this: The roads in Skyrim now use the areas corresponding dirt and snow landscape texture.
textures\landscape\snowstone01.dds - Snow Bridge stones
dirt02.dds
fallforestdirt01.dds
reachdirt01.dds
snow01.dds
corresponding normal .dds and parallax .dds files
The audio foot sounds should match the texture for better immersion.
This means it will always keep up with the changes in landscape texture mods you install; the bridges are included and also in parallax. The master is set to a .esm file because I had issues with bridge mods, mismatches, and mapping issues. So now there should be no problem with your bridge .esp mods. The .esp mod should load after this. There is still a small need for patching this completely, and I have done a lot of it myself before this release. I believe it is good and playable, with JK's and Great Cities and More. No patching needed at the moment for those. some wilderness small area fixing needed, so I am saying you can patch this mod up to work with what you want. I just ask you to share your work with the community; we will all appreciate it.
The required files are optional at the moment i do not know what ones pertain to shader and parallax fixes this mod needs but (was built with those installed) works with those required files so safe to list what i use to help you resolve any issues.

Thanks for downloading this mod took some work and i hope you enjoy it. note the more abundant grass mods you use the more the roads look like trails. I use no grass restrictive mods and receive a beautiful landscape effect.
(the pictures you see are my textures and grass mods your game will look like your textures and grass mods.)
the only .dds files used in roads folder pertain to the bridges all others are obsolete.
I have a RTX2080 sup. and this grass setup cost 8 fps in some places with my ENB.
[Grass]
bAllowCreateGrass=1
bAllowLoadGrass=0
iMaxGrassTypesPerTexure=15
iMinGrassSize=35
For a better FPS run iMinGrassSize= up to 70 and that should only cost 2 to 3 fps.
For a good landscape setup start try these Mod's out ( This is what i use )
Water for ENB
SkyrimImprovedPuddles
Origins Of Forest - 3D Forest Grass
Folkvangr - Grass and Landscape Overhaul
The Grass Your Mother Warned About
Fabled Forests
Folkvangr and Origins Of Forest Grass Patch
Water For ENB - Clear Underwater
Water for ENB (Shades of Skyrim)
If you do not use JK'S or other HI Clutter Mods then CG4 Trees and Bushes SE - (WOODLAND Version) is a awesome tree mod that make's your eyes happy.
(I would use this over others if it had patches to play well with other mods.)
