SPID or Levelisted outfit tweaks for priests and priestesses. Provides different robe colors for the divines they follow so everyone isn't wearing a monk robe 24/7. There are so many nice non-college robes, but they are rarely, if ever used.

Changelogs
Version 1.6.1
Added a Fomod to choose which files you want to install. Contains the Level list version, NPC Overhaul patch, and Hood removal patch.
The level list version has been reversed and now contains the hoods by default. You only need the hood plugin if you wish to remove them.
The college hoods can now utilize all 3 existing textures for all ranks. Novice, Apprentice, Adept, Expert, Master. Check the College vendors and / or use my Robe enhancement mod to craft them.
The level list plugin is now a patch for the default version. Done to make updating 5x faster and more convenient for me.
Added Melaran to the Court Wizard outfit distribution, as it is possible for him to become one in game. Would Erikur really want his temporary housecarl looking like a commoner?
Added Aicantar to the Court Wizard outfit distribution, as he is only slightly worse than his uncle (10 point difference) while they shared an outfit in vanilla. Consistency and all that.
Added Paratus Decimius and Gavros Plinius to receive Synod Researcher outfits. You know, the faction they are a part of.
Changed Synod Researcher outfits to be a mixture of Vanilla Skyrim (Leather Boots) and TES: Blades (Novice Robes and Hood) instead of what I previously set to monk robes.
Changed the dark variant hood and boots to only be distributed to shady mages.
Changed Herluin Lothaire to wear Apprentice robes, as that is the highest his spells go. Including the Shady mage boots and hood.
Changed Galathil to be hooded again, now with a shady master hood and mage boots.
The mod is being rebranded to Subtle Outfit Enhancements to better recognize the fact that this also adjusts robes and a few other outfits unrelated to priests and priestesses. As well as fit the naming scheme of the other similar mods meant to go with it.
Version 1.6
Added expert robe randomization to the Court Wizards. They will no longer always wear destruction robes to imply they studied different schools of magic.
Changed robe distribution method to avoid giving NPC's like the Caller and Aranea college robes. They will instead wear leveled Warlock robes with random enchants.
Built the hoods into the main file. If using SPID, do not use the addition plugin for adding hoods.
If you would like to remove the now built in Court Wizard hoods, there are easy instructions in the Court Wizard section of the mod page to remove them from the .ini.
Fixed Herluin Lothaire getting master conjuration robes instead of expert.
Version 1.5
Brother Verulus was missing the space in his name in the config which caused him to not get his grey robe for the Arkay theme.
Version 1.4
Added SPID version that removes all direct NPC edits. No more compatibility patches required. Safe to update to on an existing save.
Direct Edits version still remains up as an optional file if you prefer it. Or SPID breaks for a while from a future Skyrim update.
Version 1.0.3
Fixed Helgird having a Talos robe when she is an Arkay priestess. Special thanks to TheBone98 for reporting.
Version 1.0.2
Fixed Nura Snow-Shod having a Mara robe when she is a Talos priestess. Special thanks to TheBone98 for reporting.
Version 1.0.1
Minor adjustments for patching compatibility. No need to rush to update, especially if you aren't using any of the patches I currently have made.
Swapped some boots around to better match some of the college robe outfits based off USSEP's iteration.
This mod makes use of the game's various robes, the ones not worn by college members or warlocks, and distributes them in a color-coded scheme to Priests and Priestesses. This is done so that they break up the bland and generic appearance of everyone just using the monk robes. In order to for this vision to work the way I wanted, some additional tweaks and "fixes" to some other parts of the game had to be done. Everything is listed below, try it out if it interests you. Thought of this idea while I was working on my other mod for making the minor factions more consistent, but this didn't fit with the mod. So, I made it into its own separate thing.
All plugins are ESP Flagged as ESL. Forwards some minor USSEP keyword fixes but does not require it.
Priest and Priestess Enhancements
All priests and priestesses now sport different colored robes in theme of who they worship. Monk Robes are reserved for travelers and no main affiliation priests, such as those at the Temple of the Divines in Solitude. Preserves the original Skyrim aesthetic without being everywhere.
Talos Priests and Priestesses now wear Blue Robes. Blue going hand in hand with the Stormcloaks theme.
Mara Priests and Priestessesnow wear Red and White Robes. Red often being associated with passion, and white with purity.
Kynareth Priests and Priestessesnow wear Green Robes. Green often being associated with the winds and nature.
Arkay Priests and Priestesses now wear Grey Robes. Grey often being associated with death.
Dibella Priests and Priestesses now wear Brown Robes. I felt they offered a "blending in" look to not draw a lot of attention to themselves with a dark and natural color that's commonly around Skyrim in both armor and normal clothing.
Travelers and Unaffiliated Priests and Priestesses now wear vanilla Monk Robes.
Stendar's Vigilants are not touched. Better mods that do things for them already exist. Look around on nexus, or you can check out my own take on them if you're up for other non-joinable factions getting some similar tweaks too. Subtle Faction Armor Enhancements
Other adjustments
Ilas Tei, Rundi, and Borvir have had their outfits changed to Apprentice Robes and Hoods to match consistency with the College quest that states they are all Apprentices.
Court Wizards will now wear Expert Robes to signify their position. It makes far more sense than the basic robe in vanilla to me. Especially since they all have such enthusiastic recommendations that imply, they have been there.
To remove court wizard hoods for the SPID version:
1.Open the distribution.ini and scroll to the bottom.
2. Delete everything on the two lines that say ;Court Wizard / Hooded and Outfit = CWOutfit|
3.Remove the ; symbol from the line that says ;Outfit = CWOutfitNoHood|
Anise and Herluin now wear generic Black Mage Robes instead, which makes more sense considering who they are. No more Court Wizards in disguise. No more Middle Ages James Bond.
Galathil now wears Master Alteration Robes and a Master Hood. Fitting, for someone who can earth bend better than Toph.
Fixed Warlock boss 4s, which are usually Frost Mages, not drawing from the leveled Warlock Robes list like every other Warlock npc. They were instead trying to make Ice Age the movie with static novice robes.
Synod Researcher outfits are now a mixture of Vanilla (Leather boots) and TES: Blades. (Novice Robes / Novice Hood) It phases out the blue robes while offering a lore friendly look. They appear as lowly mages who are more interested in politics, while banning Necromancy and some forms of conjuration. These points make a lot of sense to me as to why the College doesn't want an alliance. Synod Lore
Edits Blue Mage Robes to become normal Blue Robes for consistency with all the others Priest Robes it will be alongside. None of these Robes are enchanted and keep the vanilla style Color + Robes naming scheme.
Why these extra changes?
Improvements to consistency. Now robes are based on the status of the person wearing them, across the entire game.
