Manually download and extract to the SSEEdit\Edit Scripts folder
USE
Open SSEEdit
Load all of your plugins
Highlight all plugins in the left pane once the background loader is completed
Right click on any plugin and choose: Apply Script...
Select HeaderChange and click ok
Once script is complete, close SSEEdit, remembering to save
SPECIAL NOTE:
This will, assuming you actually select every plugin, also "seem" to change Skyrim.exe to 1.71. It does NOT actually allow you to save that change so can be safely ignored. (Thanks to @TakodaWahya for the thought to add this and the in-depth reason as to WHY this script is beneficial)
